If you'd like to commission me, please fill out the Commission Form below.
Don't forget to read through the Terms of Service for additional info and conditions.Thank you!
Commissioned artwork is for personal use only. This can include backgrounds, social media avatars, banners, posts, and self-printing or gifting the artwork, required that it remains for personal use. Artwork for commercial use can be discussed on a case by case basis.
WIPs of your commission might get posted on my social media. If you don't wish for WIPs of your artwork to be posted publicly during this stage, you can state this in the Commission Form.
I kindly request that you don't publicly post incomplete stages of the artwork yourself without checking with me first.
The status of your commission will be tracked via Trello. If you wish for your name and/or commission appearance to remain anonymous, you can specify this in the commission form.
Commissions can take up anywhere between a week to several months depending on when payment is received, artwork complexity or just general life circumstances. I'll provide a more accurate time frame whenever possible.
Commissioned artwork cannot be used for NFTs or AI related purposes.
I have the right to decline a commission request for any reason.
I reserve the right to the final artwork, which may be used in my portfolio or promotional material.
Communication will be done via email (mostly due to lack of image file support on some socials).
All prices are listed in USD.
Invoices and payment are done via Hnry. Card payments will have an additional 1.9% service fee.
If you have an Australian bank account, you can be invoiced in AUD instead.
There are two ways you can pay: 100% upfront payment or 50% deposit and 50% after the initial sketch. Deposits are not refundable.
You can only cancel your commission before payment. Commissions are not refundable, unless I'm unable to complete your commission.
If for whatever reason I cannot complete your commission after receiving your payment, you will receive a full refund, minus any bank/card fees.
Small animals or mascots and highly complex details such as detailed armour, weapons or tattoos may cost an additional 30-40%.
If you don’t have any direct visual references of your character, the commission becomes a character design commission and the price will increase. The price will be calculated on a case by case basis depending on how much information you can provide.
Any additional fees that may apply to your commission order regarding the details listed above will discussed with you before we go ahead with anything.
3 major art revisions are permitted at the completion of each stage of artwork. Further major revisions may incur an additional fee of +30-80% depending on what stage the artwork is at. See "Commission Process" for explanation on artwork stages.
Please read the Terms of Service above, then fill out my Commission Form so I can understand your character(s) and your needs!
You’ll receive an email from me confirming details and timing.
I'll contact you once it’s your turn and you’ll receive an invoice.
Depending on the type of commission you order, the stages of artwork are as follows: Initial sketch → B/W lineart → Colour. Any stage after the Initial Sketch is considered finalising the artwork.
I may reach out mid-way through artwork stages to confirm any design details or character questions. That way, we can ensure we’re both happy with the work!
I’ll email you a high-res file of the artwork once it’s complete.
